La GGPE – Guida Galattica Per Ecologisti  nasce per dare consigli, suggerimenti e risposte a tutte le domande che attanagliano ogni persona con la giusta dose di eco-ansia: come si risolve la crisi climatica? Come cambiare il rapporto tra le proprie scelte quotidiane e una sostenibilità forte, completa?

Per rispondere a queste domande partiremo dalle azioni quotidiane, semplici, concrete. E arriveremo ad una visione completa e sistemica del problema in tutte le sue sfaccettature: dal singolo al collettivo.

La GGPE é strutturata in modo da simulare una città-tipo: ogni capitolo rappresenterà un luogo all’interno della città (supermercati, scuole, negozi, etc), e per ogni luogo verranno spiegate le problematiche ad esso legate, fornendo allo stesso tempo soluzioni pratiche per aiutare a risolverle. I temi generali che verranno analizzati luogo per luogo sono Mobilità e Trasporti, Energia, Alimentazione, Acquisti, Rifiuti e Acqua. Consapevoli che non si possano riportare le responsabilità solamente sul singolo, il capitolo dedicato alla Piazza restituirà l’importanza di azioni collettive e politiche nel contrasto ai problemi socio-ambientali analizzati.

The EGTTG – Ecologist’s Guide To The Galaxy– was created to offer advice, suggestions, and answers to all the questions that plague anyone with a fair share of eco-anxiety: How can we solve the climate crisis? How can we reshape the relationship between our daily choices and a strong, comprehensive sustainability?

To tackle these questions, we will start with simple, concrete daily actions and progress toward a complete, systemic view of the problem in all its facets, from the individual to the collective.

The EGTTG is structured to simulate a model city: each chapter represents a location within the city (supermarkets, schools, shops, etc.), explaining the issues associated with each place and offering practical solutions to help address them. The overarching themes analyzed in each location are Mobility and Transport, Energy, Food, Purchases, Waste, and Water. Acknowledging that responsibility doesn’t lie solely with the individual, the chapter dedicated to the Town Square will underscore the importance of collective and political actions in tackling the socio-environmental issues discussed.
